Hiring Brooke Leeder as the wedding coordinator for our daughter's wedding was definitely one of the best decisions in our wedding planning. Her experience, professionalism, and expertise was evident as she helped us navigate through the month and weekend of the wedding. She was very organized and thorough, sometimes making recommendations that worked so much better. After having experienced one family wedding without using a coordinator, we were determined to approach it differently this time around. We have no regrets as Brook went above and beyond our expectations in helping us in every detail of the wedding. She didn't hesitate to roll up her sleeves and pitch in where she saw a need and was attentive to the smallest of details. She also made efforts to make sure that my husband and I were able to enjoy the day and not miss out on activities. Brooke has an exquisite taste for every detail along with the practical skills of how to handle all wedding aspects. If I had the opportunity to get married to my husband again, I would do it the exact same way as long as Brooke was by my side. She is the most considerate, organized and genuine woman who will go out of her way to satisfy you. We were so happy with the way Katie and Brooks wedding turned out! The Ingenhuett and Brooke Leeder did an amazing job! Brooke and Morgan were so helpful with vendor information and tips to make the event special . They helped us set up and decorate and added the perfect finishing touches on the wedding day. The day of timeline was well done and Morgan did an excellent job keeping it flowing. We had so many compliments about the event and the venue. We are really grateful for the expertise and for the wonderful wedding day for Katie and Brooks!

Brooke Leeder was the wedding coordinator every bride dreams of having! She was organized and efficient, always available to listen, one step ahead of every problem, and focused on celebrating us every second of our wedding day! In the months beforehand Brooke was the perfect resource, and on the day of she smoothed over every bump in the road to make our day run flawlessly. To top it all off, she took such good care of us all day long! From stepping in to curl my hair in a crunch, to re-adjusting my dress and always topping off our drinks, Brooke was the one that really making it feel like OUR day. BROOKE WAS THE BEST!!! On my wedding day, we were under a tornado warning... so nerve wracking. Brooke never flinched!! She calmed my nerves and was there for me. She helped me with my dress when it ripped, and she took care of all the things I didnt even know happened and supported me while doing it. At the end of the night, she wanted to take a picture with us because we were her first wedding. I HAD NO IDEA it was her first wedding! She killed it. Then, on our anniversary she sent the most thoughtful gift!! it was a wine bottle we used that night for communion that she made into a candle. I literally bawled. 100/10 recommend this sweet girl!!

I recently told a friend that Brooke Leeder is worth her weight in gold! Brooke coordinated my daughter’s wedding reception this fall and went above and beyond our expectations to make it perfect. Prior to the event, she helped us coordinate with vendors and provided sage advice. Brooke not only stayed the entire time the day we decorated, she joined in in making flower arrangements and even made the boutonnières herself! On the day of the wedding, Brooke took care of a lot of our last-minute needs, such as printing off scripture to read at the wedding and getting our lunch for us. The reception went off without a hitch that evening. And the whole time we worked with Brooke, she remained calm and cheerful, ready to meet our every need. Brooke is highly organized, wise beyond her years, and has a servant’s heart. I highly recommend her services!

Brooke was more than we could have asked for as a “day of coordinator”. I put it in quotes because she went above and beyond just the day of, she was there for us in the months leading up to the wedding. She handled everything with such ease I felt so comfortable leaving it all to her to enjoy our day. I can say enough about Brooke!!!

Brooke truly became a part of our family during wedding planning and day of. She went out of her way to make sure I was feeling confident and at ease at all times. Once after meeting up, she even gave me a ride to a friends house!!! She wasn’t just a wedding planner she really did become a close friend. She would send me periodic texts to just ask how I was doing and was as hands on as I wanted her to be! She was confident and good at her job and my parents loved her!! She had great suggestions and was very knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Afterwards she sent us the most thoughtful address stamp with our new address and new last name. A year later she didn’t forget the happy anniversary text OR the congratulations text when we found out we were expecting. We love Brooke and we KNOW you will too!!!

Brooke was fabulous at my wedding and leading up to my wedding! She handled all coordinations leading up to and on my wedding day and it was perfect. Everything was wonderful and the schedule was so smooth. I wasn’t sure about hiring a wedding planner be aide of our budget but let me tell you, DO IT!! Best money spent by far. And hire her! We had a Catholic wedding ceremony and then had our reception at The Inguenhutt on High. She was there from the morning of when we started getting ready at the venue to when the reception ended. She is exceptional and so good with details. There are going to be things you aren’t going to think of or remember and she will. Any time I wanted to walk the venue again or ask her advice/questions about her thoughts on decorations, food ideas, dessert ideas, and really anything else, she answered me immediately and met up with me multiple times. She has the patience of a saint and always makes you feel like you can trust her and rely on her. She’s amazing. It’s like talking to your best girlfriend. I’m telling you, you won’t regret hiring her. She’s kind, professional, respectful, and everything you want helping you plan your wedding.

Brooke was so professional and on top of all the details that my son's wedding could not have gone any better. After having to postpone the wedding twice due to COVID, the couple was very disheartened in changing venues, reception plans, menus, music, etc. but Brooke stepped in and helped guide them to an absolutely amazing event. Not only did she help make the entire day a beautiful memory, Brooke did the little, thoughtful things that the bride and groom are still talking about; like having the bride's favorite snacks and keeping a nervous groom on task and on time. At every turn, Brooke was ahead of what needed to happen and solved problems before they could occur. She recommended amazing vendors, confirmed with them in advance and managed all logistics and communication. I never even saw evidence of the caterer until they magically came out serving delicious food. Throughout the day, Brooke put my daughter’s needs first from the first moment until she sent off the happy couple with a care package of wedding cake and champagne for their ride to their hotel (with the driver she also arranged). If I had the slightest hint of concern on my face throughout the day, she magically appeared and put me ease.
